Our Modern Slavery Statement

What is Modern Slavery?

Modern Slavery is the exploitation of individuals by others for personal or commercial gain, depriving them of their basic freedoms. This exploitation can occur through manipulation, coercion or force and encompasses a range of abusive practices, including human trafficking, forced labor, debt bondage and others.

The most vulnerable – women, children and migrants – continue to bear the greatest burden and are trapped in circumstances that strip them of their autonomy and dignity, often under the control of traffickers or employers.

Our Commitment

We are committed to the elimination of modern slavery and ensuring fair labor practices across all our global operations. Therefore, we maintain strict adherence to the laws and regulations regarding modern slavery in every jurisdiction where we operate. As an industry leader, we work diligently to ensure there is no form of modern slavery, including human trafficking and forced labor, within our operations or supply chain.

Fighting Modern Slavery in Our Supply Chain

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery, which extends to our supply chain partners. It is imperative to us that we are dedicated to protecting human rights and maintaining the highest ethical standards that every individual deserves. Furthermore, we work closely with our suppliers and distributors to ensure they share our commitment to fair labor practices, human rights and global financial integrity.

Ensuring Compliance

We encourage our employees, suppliers and distributors to adopt policies and procedures that promote ethical standards. To prevent and address modern slavery, including human trafficking and forced labor in our supply chain, we regularly assess our suppliers’ practices, policies and commitment to fair labor standards. Additionally, we also encourage all stakeholders to report any suspected cases of modern slavery.
